Hoppy yet balanced and ultimately aromatic, this crushable pale ale shows off the tropical fruit and citrus notes of El Dorado, Ella and Galaxy hops.

This award-winning west coast-style IPA is all about hop flavour and aroma, not bitterness. Juicy and fresh, it expresses tropical fruit notes and a subtle piney-ness from our use of american hops.

Velvety smooth with a full body and big notes of espresso & dark chocolate.  As it warms it shows off more complex malt notes of toasted nuts, tobacco and dried fruit. 

An elegant table witbier that expresses notes of pink peppercorn, grapefruit zest, light floral character and a subtle fruitiness. Heaps of wheat contribute to this beers pleasing mouthfeel and slight acidity which make it quite refreshing. Brewed in honour of The Tragically Hip's last concert in Kingston; this year a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Lake Ontario Waterkeepers. 

Our summer seasonal; a crushable sour wheat with lime and minneola zest, lemongrass, coriander and pink rock salt. It's ultimately refreshing with a balanced acidity, fresh citrus notes, a subtle floral character and a clean dry finish.

A refreshing saison ft. a blend of delicate hops from the southern hemisphere layered on a clean malt bill, with a small addition of rice to keep it light and French saison yeast for it's subtle spiciness. Finishes dry and crisp with a pleasant fruitiness.
